Careerforce is funded by the Tertiary Education Commission as the Industry Training Organisation for the youth work sector. Part of their role is to write sector standards and it is these standards that underpin the qualifications in youthwork in levels 3-6. Unit standards have a review cycle and the final stage of the review of Youth Work unit standards Levels 3 & 4 is now on their website for consultation.
