We will be in week 3 of our work readiness programme which is where we take rangatahi Maori me pasifika aged 18-24 through our intensive strengths based programme, we thought it would be a great idea to bring 4 alumni back all at one time to speak to our rangatahi and share kai.
Week 3 can be quite a challenging week as part of the stair climb of our programme as it's when our young people put together a CV, this requires a lot of thought around their transferable key skills and strengths and being able to speak to them. Hearing from alumni who are now out in the workforce who have been where they are currently sitting will empower them, fueling their life spark igniting their mauri – speaking to their wairua.
