A Voice To Be Heard is an open mic style event in which people in our local community can have their voices heard, with a particular emphasis on the voice of youth. Participation is free, and is open to all in our community. The event will involve participants performing an act in a genre of choice that embodies the National Youth Week theme of “Our voices matter we deserve to be heard”. Our hope for this event to support the youth of our community, providing a chance for all voices to be heard, and to support our message. This is a Hybrid event so if you wish to take part and cannot attend in person, you can take part virtually. All participants will be given a maximum of 4 minutes to perform their act in a genre of choice, and it is requirement that all acts must reflect the event theme of “Our voices matter we deserve to be heard”. Sunday the 15th of May, 1pm to 4.30pm
