Valere
Valere is Ōtautahi based songwriter and producer Shana Graham whose intricate rhythms, rich melodies and new wave sounds mesh into music that’s ‘kinetic, yet warmly intimate’ (NZ Musician Magazine). An APRA Songhubs Sphere alum and International Songwriting Competition semi-finalist, Valere’s debut album ‘colours’ garnered spots on ZM, BaseFM and various Spotify playlists including The Local List NZ. A recent signee to Enemy Love Records, Valere is gearing up to release her fourth project in 2023.
Midnight Buzz
Midnight Buzz formed about a year ago after a couple mates in music class started playing together. From there we’ve been working on our vibe and moulding the band into a tight group of musicians. We’re really privileged to have been provided with all the opportunities and gigs we have played so far, and we’re really looking forward to playing more, especially Rockquest next month. The main goal for Midnight Buzz is to develop our style into something we – and hopefully other people – all enjoy.
