Will Toia; Nga Puhi mete Ngati Whatua oku IwiI have 19 years of Community Work and Social Work Practice.4 years of developing and leading Community Youth Group and 15 years as qualified social worker.I have ten years of experience with Oranga Tamariki in various role such as: Duty front line social work, Youth Justice social work, then Youth Justice and Care and Protection Family Group Conference Coordinator, and a Care and Protection Senior Practitioner, Co-Leader of CYF Maori Ropu, Te Kooti Rangatahi Supervisor.5 years years of of Social Housing- 3 years clinical lead and 2 years as the Supportive Housing Regional Manager for Visionwest Community Trust and lead a team of up to 30 Social Workers over 3 campuses.I have experience in designing and presenting models of practice, i was also on the Taumata Ropu Maori and Cultural Practice advisory team.I have added my experience to share with whanau that evidences the experience I will bring to "supervision session".
