My work history has predominantly been in Forensic Mental Health across various inpatient and community services. These roles included the identification, assessment, and treatment of offenders with suspected mental health, substance abuse or personality difficulties. Most recently I've engaged in s27 cultural report writing to address racial and cultural disparities in criminal sentencing in Aotearoa, as well as consultancy work in Restorative Practice, employee conflict mediation, and clinical work with neurodiverse children.
My work can be best described as holistic, evidence-based and trauma-informed. I aim to utilize my experience and skills to provide supervisees with guidance and structure to their clinical and professional challenges in a person-centered way.
