As well as having been a volunteer at Youthline Wellington for over 16 years, I have been lucky enough to be employed at Ara Taiohi since 2016.
Due to my history and experiences in the sector, I feel capable and confident to support you on your journey working within the youth development sector. To me, supervision is a time for the practitioner to receive support from an external person about their mahi/clinical practice and also receive appropriate strengths based challenging in order to ensure that best practice is being met in their work life. Another developing skill I am intending to offer practitioners is CliftonStrengths coaching, as I am undertaking that training process at the moment. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring the supervisory relationship together.
