As well as having been a volunteer at Youthline Wellington for over 16 years, I have also been lucky enough to have worked at Ara Taiohi from 2016-2021.
Due to my history and experiences in the sector, I feel capable and confident to support you on your journey working within the youth development sector (and wider). To me, supervision is a time for the practitioner to receive support from an external person about their mahi/clinical practice and also receive appropriate strengths based challenging in order to ensure that best practice is being met in their work life.
I am a CliftonStrengths coach and utilise this tool to support practitioners to name, claim and aim their strengths.
I look forward to hearing from you and exploring the supervisory relationship together.
I am accepting Supervision enquiries for engagement from February 2022 and welcome interest from those outside of the Youth Development Sector.
