Supervision is an intentional collaborative relationship between a supervisor and supervisee for reflection and learning about practice. I will create a strength-based, supportive and restorative space for you to lead your own reflection and exploration into experiences, and understanding how to apply youth development knowledge to your mahi.
I value a whole person approach recognising Te Whare Tapa Wha, the four walls of the well-being (Durie, 1994). Together we will negotiate a supervision partnership that is respectful and authentic, and continue to shape this and evolve this over time. Supervision sessions can take place online, or face to face as negotiated. Please get in touch if you would like to meet and see if my supervision style is right for you.
