Kia ora, No Ingarangi me Weira oku Kaumatua. He tangata tiriti au. Ko Rowan toku ingoa.
For the past 10 years, I've been a youth justice social worker. I have experience working with young people in very challenging circumstances. I'm now a youth work tutor and a community social worker/advocate. At home, I'm a dad and a husband. It's important to get that balance right between giving our best for the young people we serve and giving our best for our whanau. Finding space to recover from all the horrific stuff we see kids go through and being able to have the appropriate space to talk through the challenges that this brings. If you come to have supervision with me, you'll be listened to, challenged and given space to reflect. I understand that your needs in supervision can be broad, so we would design your supervision together.
