Robert is NZ born of Samoan, Tongan and Scottish ancestry married with four children and three mokopuna (grandchildren). Achieving recognised qualifications, he enhances practitioners toward” better and safer practices” through the following perspectives: Reflective, Problem Solving Solution, Strength Base and Mentoring to encompass whanau ora / wrap around interventions. Passion toward team/whanau dynamics and managing complex cases. Risk management and safe practice. Group, Peer 1:1 Clinical Supervision. Self-care towards managing work and personal life balance. “Whanau Ora” based focus practice. Integrating theory and practice.
