After more than 25 years as a secondary educator in a range of pastoral
and leadership roles, I now work for The Prince’s Trust Aotearoa New
Zealand as Youth Programmes Manager.
I offer strengths-based external supervision to a range of professionals
navigating the demands of working in youth, community, and social work;
educational and pastoral care contexts; and those involved in
not-for-profit leadership, management and governance roles.
I aim to be an attentive, creative, appreciative, and responsive
supervisor, and absolutely enjoy the process of collaborating together
with the purpose of assisting you to reflect, learn and grow as a
practitioner, whatever your profession or working context.
I am an approved mentor for The Teaching Council NZ and a member of the
ACSA (Australian Clinical Supervision Association). I have extensive
experience and training in the areas of educational leadership; building
collaborative relationships across organisations and within teams; group
facilitation; youth-based research; and not-for-profit governance. I am
also a funeral celebrant and offer home funeral support services within
my community.
