Key principles in my supervision framework are safety, integrity, solution focused and respect. I will create a supportive, explorative and restorative space for you to reflect on your own experiences.
I am a lawyer and currently work in a position that has allowed me to develop an intimate understanding of section 7AA of the Oranga Tamariki Act and the 5 Mana Tamaiti objectives, I also bring an in depth understanding of the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and how to work on including them into everyday practice.
I am available to take sessions online, face-to-face or over the phone. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to meet to see whether we would be a good fit and my supervision style is right for you.
*I am currently completing my postgraduate certificate in Professional Supervision, but work closely with a senior supervisor to reflect on my own practices. I have had training in supervision as part of my legal training and practice.
