I hailed from the Rock of Polynesia known as Niue Island.
Fluent in Niuean. My husband is from Nigeria, and we have 5 children.
I ran a Home-Based Childcare when my babies were young, before completing a Mental Health Certificate Level 4 with Open Polytechnic. I worked at Penina Health Trust for 8 years, completing my Social Work Degree with Te Wananga O Aotearoa in 2019.
Worked at Mason Clinic Regional Forensics Psychiatry Services year 2020 as a Social Worker for Rimu/FCRS (Forensic Community Reintegration Services).
October 2022, started a new role at Sowers Trust in Howick, East Auckland as a Team Leader. I also have a casual role as an Interpreter for Counties Manukau DHB. I have been on the Board of Kenese Aoga Niue since 2021.
Supervision to me is about the support provided by the supervisor, managing demanding situations that arise and developing a higher standard of working. I am a fun, relaxed, calm person who will listen an work together with you.
