Whether online or in person my goal is to create a safe place where practitioners can reflect on their work, their relationships and the challenges that they face. With a strengths based approach, each session is client led with the understanding that they are the expert in their own world. They come with the strengths and abilities to respond to the challenges that they face. My role is to help them apply reflective learning to their circumstances so that they in turn can determine their own appropriate responses and solutions.
