Tena koutou katoa, supervision is a place for reflection, self care and problem solving. My role is to support people to feel safe and talk about things that matter.

I am a parent with 3 sons in their 20s and live in a cross cultural marriage.

I recognise my white privilege and work to support equity. I work from time to time in Bangladesh.

I have a special interest in conflict resolution and supporting parents to raise competent resourceful and delightful children.
