I have been nursing for over 40 years! (I started young). I have worked in many settings including mental health and school-based nursing. I have experience in supporting those from all walks of life who work with adults and adolescents. I have been supervising for the last 10 years and my focus is on how to make your profession great for you.
As a supervisor, I have a strong commitment to the professional development and learning of my supervisees, ensuring that accountability, confidentiality, your wellbeing and professionalism are to the fore.
