Laverne Robinson
I have worked in a range of different backgrounds specialising largely in youth health leading teams and providing both internal and external supervision, training and development to both managers and frontline staff. I believe youth work is hugely important in Aotearoa and that people working with rangatahi deserve a high standard of supervision and to feel heard, valued, supported and developed in their roles.
I utilise an integrated approach drawing on both supervision and coaching skills to assist supervisees to manage the complexity that youth work brings. I am also a huge advocate for positive well-being, self care and work life balance and enjoy walking alongside supervisees as they grow and develop in their professional roles.
