My goal is to provide a safe and respectful space for the supervisee, where they are valued and affirmed in their practice. I understand the need for external supervision that offers objective and unbiased support, where an individuals personal learning style is encouraged. As a Maori practitioner, I seek to uphold Māori models of practice, alongside a general respect for all cultural needs and identities.
