I have worked in the social service sector for over 15 years, predominantly working in youth development and youth mentoring. I am passionate about growth and development of youth workers to enhance their practice.
My experience in youth work spans over 15 years which enables me to share my skills and knowledge to enhance the practice of youth workers.
The key principals in my supervision framework include Safety, Reciprocity, Respect, Spirituality & Solution focussed.
Being a Pasifika women in supervision allows me to share my skills, knowledge and experiences with those who are Pasifika and or working with our Pasifika young people and families.
