| I love to provide safe spaces for people to process things in a way that helps them develop personally and professionally at their own pace. I have 15 years experience in construction and 12+ years in various degrees of youth work including Secular, Christian, Mentoring, Adventure based, Camps, School based and disability. I have previous work/volunteering experience within youth organizations such as Barnardos, Recreate (in the Disability sector), Youthline, Big Brothers Big Sisters and South West Baptist Church / SYC (Spreydon youth community) as a youth pastor and 24/7 youth worker in Cashmere High School and Hillmorton High School. I am currently working for Big Brothers Big Sisters as a mentoring coordinator. I have a lot of experience in forming, Leading and overseeing volunteer teams, organizing and running programmes/events/camps. I understand the importance of good supervision.
