|I was raised on my Marae with my grandparents who were actively involved in the revitalisation of Māoritanga through movements such as Te Kōhanga Reo, Te Reo Māori, and politics. From this, I have a clear understanding and grounding in Te Ao Māori.
I have gained experience working across the health sector in many roles over the past 18 years. Ive been fortunate enough bridge the spectrum from a clinical setting with Waitemata DHB, through to community NGO’s and Iwi based services.
I am currently the Clinical Lead for Tuhiata Mahiora, a specialist youth service in the far north.
