I'm proud to be a youth worker and supporting others in the sector through supervision. As tangata Tiriti, the Treaty of Waitangi sits at the heart of my practice. As a learning enthusiast I hold skills in connecting people to resources and trusted services.
My experience is in mental health support, community gardens, youth work networks (YWW & WRYWT) and facilitation. I currently facilitate Treaty workshops through Treaty Action Collective Pōneke. Previously I worked with young people through Enviroschools and Youthline Wellington.
My passions are promoting self-care of youth workers, being present, building confidence and weaving in fun. With my partner, I am māmā to Manu and Tadhg and we live off grid in a tinyhouse we built together. Manu is named to support our commitment to te reo Māori and Tadhg to start our journey of knowing our Irish ancestry.
I do group supervision or one on one in Te Whanganui-a-Tara and Te Awakairangi.
