I have a passion to support others to bring healthy changes in their life. I have a background in mental health, career counselling, work and study transitions, youth development and parent support. My approach is strength based and person-centred, bringing in evidence based activities to explore values, strengths, roles, capacity, and create healthy coping strategies. My hope is for clients/groups to feel heard, explore and share their needs, and to feel empowered.
