At the heart of good Supervision is the relationship between the supervisor and supervisee.
My Professional Supervision practise is based on building collaborative relationships with the professionals I work with. I believe each person is the expert in their own life, and my role is to support them to have ongoing clarity, development and wellbeing within the professional realm. Supervision can offer a new lens on a situation; supporting the supervisee to navigate challenging issues, find alternate solutions, and affirming and celebrating success.
I am passionate about working with people in the helping professions, and welcome Youth Workers, Social Workers, Managers, Nurses, Teachers, Church Leaders and others to work with me. I am committed to the kaupapa Maori principles that underpin my work.
