I am grateful for this day and the opportunity to share it with the ones I love. I honestly believe that if you lead with kindness then compassion becomes a natural consequence. For me supervision is about seeing the potential in others and making sure they see it too. In essence if I win then you win, and if you win then our families win, and that's truly something worth striving for. I'm big on trauma informed practice and how it affects the way professionals respond to different situations, but I'm also very strength-based in my delivery making sure that we don't keep focusing on the cup being half empty. With that said here are some of my favorite quotes. You got to feel it to heal hit, you must name it to tame it, and connection before correction. I have worked in community and statutory agencies, and I have a lot to offer.
