I am a dedicated Mother of three (aged 13, 11, 5). Navigating full time work, part time study, a small business and family life. I am a first generation Samoan born New Zealander. Born and raised in South Auckland. To ensure consistent quality service to those we serve, we must prioritise the well-being and professional supervision of our social service workforce. Each supervision session to be guided by yourself as the supervisee, resulting in a therapeutic, thoughtful and constructive conversation. I am currently employed full-time for Auckland Council as a Mental Health & Wellbeing Advisor. I have a wide range of mental health work and lived experience that allow me to relate to both our workforce and the community we serve. I am most passionate about being of service to our Pasifika and Maori youth and vulnerable communities.
