To ensure consistent quality service to those we serve, we must prioritise the well-being and professional supervision of our social service workforce. Each supervision session to be guided by yourself as the supervisee, resulting in a therapeutic, thoughtful and constructive conversation.
I am currently employed full-time for Lifeline, Mental Health Counselling service. I supervise Helplines counsellors as they offer support to a wide range of people, presentations and demographics. I have a wide range of employment experiences and lived experiences that allow me to relate to both the service users and those in the workforce.
I am most passionate about being of service to our Pacific and Maori youth and vulnerable communities.
